Condominiums
As part of the development plan for Adelaide Pointe, we are building 300 mass timber condos. There will be finished and unfinished options with varying sizes to meet your needs. The living space will be complimented by our development of retail space as well as a restaurant on-site.
We are using mass timber to honor Muskegon’s lumber based past. Mass timber is also more sustainable than many other wood options on the market. It is lighter, stronger, and safer while being carbon neutral; making these condominiums environmentally responsible.
Wood is also valued for its natural beauty and versatility, conveying warmth and sophistication. For these reasons we chose to use mass timber to create a better place for people and live and work at Adelaide Pointe.
